Larry was very professional and thorough in his inspection, took a lot time to explain what he was doing, if there were any improvements that could be made and provided some recommendations as to roofers. Larry was 15 minutes early and not only did he take his time and be very thorough but he also explained everything he was doing and what was necessary to fix. The inspection was completed and I had the full 33 page report via email by 9:30am the next morning. I also got a phone call to make sure I got the report OK. Thank you Cottage Hill!

Dave recently inspected a home we’re purchasing. I thought his inspection was extremely thorough. He went beyond just reporting problems and included recommended safety changes especially in light of us having small children. He brought a laptop and printer with him and gave us our report right away. The report is extremely detailed, packaged in a nice binder, and includes MANY photos. Dave was also very friendly and has a great sense of humor. Compared to previous inspectors I’ve had, I thought he was stellar and the price was reasonable.
