Cottage Hill Inspections, Inc. is based in Elmhurst, Illinois. Elmhurst’s original name was “Hill Cottage” named after the Hill Cottage Tavern. Later it was changed to “Cottage Hill” and then renamed “Elmhurst” in 1869 by early residents.
